Plant Based Recovery Smoothie Recipe

1 scoop vegan protein powder (optional)
2 T chia or hemp seeds
1-2 bananas
Handful of spinach or kale
1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
1 inch slice of fresh ginger
1/4 inch slice fresh turmeric
