This indoor workshop is designed for runners of ALL levels. Learn how to run injury-free and achieve your goals with easy to learn lessons. Beginner, recreational and advanced runners will learn how to run efficiently and with less impact from Damian Stoy, a highly respected coach, biomechanics expert and accomplished runner. Runners will experience life-long benefits including fewer injuries, more fun and increased performance.

Class Size: Limited to 8 students
Class Format: Damian will be guiding you through exercises designed to leave you with a clear sense of how to run easier and with less impact. We will NOT be doing lots of running (contrary to what you might imagine, but a free run after the workshop with Damian is optional), so no matter what condition you are in, have no fear. We will spend time alternating between demonstrations, fun exercises and technique lessons. Damian will also cover everything else running related and answer your specific questions so you reach your running goals. The nature of the workshop will be relaxed, full and inspiring.
Bonus: All registrants are invited to attend, at no additional cost, a fun and easy twenty minute group run after class to practice and answer any additional questions.
