Class Size: Limited to 8 students
Class Format: Damian will be guiding you through exercises designed to leave you with a clear sense of how to run easier and with less impact. We will NOT be doing lots of running (contrary to what you might imagine) so no matter what condition you are in, have no fear. We will spend time alternating between demonstrations, fun exercises and technique lessons. Damian will also cover everything else running related and answer your specific questions so you reach your running goals.
Bonus: An optional, free twenty minute group run after class is available to practice and answer any additional questions.
