Attend a Chi Running couples class with Damian to learn the Chi Running technique and enjoy an activity you and your partner can finally do together. The easy to follow lessons are designed so you learn quickly. The benefits of Chi Running will last your entire life. We will not be doing lots of running so no matter what condition you are in, have no fear.   The nature of the class will be relaxed, fun and inspiring for you and your sweetheart. For less than the cost of your next pair of shoes, a massage, or a PT session, you both can learn simple principles that will help for your entire lives.
